Do you have a return policy?
Of course. We're here to support you on your journey and if for whatever reason the ΔPENTHē necklace isn't one of your favorite tools or your favorite pieces of jewelry, if it's not aligning with you, we will gladly take it back within 30 days and return your money. We're in this to help people because we know the ups and downs of a personal journey and this is how we've decided to contribute to the planet's awakening.
How do I clean my necklace?
While the necklace is both intricate and gorgeous, there are no components that are more fragile than typical high end jewelry. Please use warm water with mild dish soap. A soft toothbrush can be used to get into the nooks and crannies. A soft lint-free cloth should be used for drying. *Do not soak the pearls as it can damage their luster.
How do I open the capsule on the pendant and what can fit inside?
The capsule has a locking clasp near its top that securely fastens the top closed. It can be opened with a fingernail and hinges the top open. The vial of alchemy water can easily be removed to inspect and show off. You can also put small crystals into the capsule. In the future we may offer other types of charged water options to put inside your necklace to match where you are at on your journey.
What is the unboxing experience like?
Your necklace will arrive in the mail in approximately 7 business days. It will come in a beautiful package that will be unmistakable. Inside you will find your sage wrapped in tissue paper along with your initiation ceremony card. Next you will find your necklace inside an hexagon shaped ΔPENTHē box and an ΔPENTHē pouch. On the back of the lid is an engraved reminder that "Everything comes from within".
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, our only standard shipping method is within the United States. If you are residing outside the United States and this piece calls to your soul, please contact us and we will see if we can make arrangements for you to receive it.
Do I ever need to recharge the alchemy water inside the pendant?
No, according to our Alchemist, the charge will last for years if not indefinitely. If you do desire to reset the intention on your necklace, you can just hold another intention ceremony and overwrite the prior intention.
